The main show lasts for 25-30 minutes!

Doors open at different times based on event location (please check the event pages to see when doors open). We’ve added an array of activities for you to enjoy before the main show begins!

Dogs are only allowed at certain events based on venue policy and capability. To ascertain if dogs are allowed at the particular event(s) you are planning to attend, please refer to the ticket page to check if your selected event location is suitable for dogs!

Please note if they are allowed, they must be kept on a lead and we encourage you to consider your dog’s comfort. Please bring your dogs at your own discretion.

Yes, the Space Safari show will be narrated, enhancing the storytelling and overall experience.

A complimentary carer’s ticket is available for individuals who are accompanying someone who has purchased a full-price ticket. Please note that a valid Carer’s ID must be presented at the gate for entry. If no proof of a valid Carer’s ID is provided, or if the ID is deemed invalid, the individual will be required to purchase a full-price ticket at the time of entry. We will accept Carers card, Allowance letter, DLA/PIP letter, Access card (showing you require a +1). Please email info@immersivedronelightshows.com if you need additional information.

Space Safari is an open-air, standing event, and we strive to ensure that there is disability access throughout the venue. Some venues may not be wheelchair friendly so please refer to the ticket page or email us to check.

Space Safari is an open-air, standing event. We encourage comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear to fully enjoy the experience.

In addition to the drone show; guests can enjoy food, fairground rides, and other concessions on-site. These are not included in the ticket price.

Tickets are non-refundable in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. However, we understand that plans can sometimes change. Where possible, we may be able to offer a transfer to another event/show date, subject to availability and at the Organiser’s discretion. Please contact our customer support team in advance of the event and we will do our best to assist.

In the event of adverse weather conditions there is a possibility that the event will be postponed to a later date. All attendees will be informed via email or SMS messaging.

If the event gets postponed or cancelled because of the weather, your tickets will automatically be valid to attend the rescheduled event date offered so you don’t miss out.

Limited parking may be available at the venue, please see the event page for your selected location as you may be able to purchase parking as an add-on to your ticket depending on the location.
